Can I schedule a face-to-face consultation and view samples of your work?
Yes! We strongly encourage this after you have reviewed our website and are considering booking us for your wedding. We would be glad to come to your home or meet at a location of your choosing (for example, Starbucks or Pete's Coffee!). We will bring a sample wedding album of our work along with some prints for your review.
What is required to book?
A 50% deposit and a signed contract are required for reserving your wedding date. Dates are filled on a first come, first served basis. Final payment is due on or before the wedding day.
How far do you travel?
We include a travel allowance of up to 60 miles from Rio Vista, CA (120 miles roundtrip). We use google maps to calculate the distance from 94571 to the address of the ceremony. We charge $150/hr for travel that exceeds the 60 mile allowance and prorate to the nearest quarter hour.
How long before I receive my images?
You will receive a DVD of your images within 2-4 weeks from your wedding date.
What is the difference between a proof and a retouched image?
A proof image is adjusted for color, density, and contrast. All images delivered on DVD are proof's. A retouched image includes adjustment of highlights and shadows, skin smoothing, removal of distracting objects (exit signs, etc.), artistic color or black and white adjustments, cropping, etc. All print orders will be individually retouched to provide the highest quality print (except for online gallery orders which are for proofs).
Can I order prints or an album after our wedding?
Yes. If you decide to order prints, an album, or DVD slideshow after your wedding, you will be charged the Al La Cart pricing in effect at the time of the order.
